NTBA provided legal easement boundary surveying services for a pipeline in Sections within Winkler, Ward, Reeves, and Pecos Counties in Texas. The improvements and topographic features along the route were surveyed to determine the best position of the alignment. State Highways, Interstate, and Rail Road Right-of-Ways were researched and surveyed to submit pipeline Bore Permits to the appropriate authorities. Local irrigation canals and ditches were mapped for crossing and boring access. Antiquities Conservation Easements along the route were also taken into consideration of routing of this project. Deliverables included plats and legal descriptions for all tracts.
