The company was incorporated in Louisiana in 1986, has operated for 36 years, and expanded to locations in other states. NTBA has experienced significant expansions of survey and engineering crews with offices in Shreveport and Zachary, Louisiana; Little Rock and Mountain Home, Arkansas; Big Spring, Texas; Greeley, Colorado; and Williston, North Dakota.
