Under contract with the LaDOTD, NTBA provided topographic surveying services, QL A, B, C, and D subsurface utility designating in accordance with CI/ASCE Standard 38-02, and surveys in support of QL A, B, C, and D subsurface utility designating for approximately 2,600 feet along LA 951 in a rural area of West Feliciana Parish as part of a road rehabilitation and bridge replacement project.
