NTBA performed topographic surveying services, surveys in support of subsurface utility designating/ locating, HDS 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning methods of data collection, and drainage map preparation for approximately 1.75 miles of Gardere Lane from Highland Road to Nicholson Drive for road rehabilitation and sidewalks for the LaDOTD.
