NTBA provided legal easement boundary surveying services for an 18 +/- mile pipeline beginning in Loving County and ending in Winkler County. A total of 22 sections were surveyed to determine ownership and length of easement for each owner. A topographic survey was performed along the entire route to determine the best position of alignment due to existing infrastructure, state highways, wetlands, and draws. Part of the project was across The University Lands System of Texas and was permitted under the requirements and jurisdiction thereof. GLO and county records were researched to produce Construction Plats for purchasing the route.
