Our Shreveport Office would like to hire a HR/ Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures, this position is for you.
Job duties will include updating HR database, processing new employees, and assisting in administrative tasks such as accounts receivables/payables and payroll along with other administrative duties.
MS Excel and experience with accounting software is required. Our HR position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
AS or BS Degree in Human Resources or relevant field or experience in HR and Administration is preferred.
